Jess is a seasoned coach who helps unfulfilled leaders find their true purpose through her unique, multi-disciplinary approach. Drawing from her own career transition journey, she guides clients in capitalising on their strengths and expanding their potential via a combination of practical and self-reflective techniques. This project developed a strong brand positioning Jess as the authentic guide for leaders seeking more impact and fulfilment in their lives.
We recognised Jess's aspiration to incorporate a homage to nature stemming from the "woods" component of her name. We addressed this by proposing a solution comprising an icon composed of her name initials, 'J' and 'W', alongside an upward-pointing arrow symbolising the trajectory of progress post-engagement with her coaching services.
